Sunday 7th December saw the Beaconsfield Centre host the annual Carer’s Lunch.
This is an event that has been run at Beaconsfield for many years and is for people who dedictae their lives to caring for relatives or friends, often to the detriment of their own lives.
Carer’s Bucks is a charity that support unpaid Carers in the community throughout Buckinghamshire.
Hall Barn and Frederick Lawson Lodges arrange (and pay via their charities) for the day with Cestreham providing them manpower to serve, wash and clear up.
On duty for the day were Simon Iley, Malcolm Stockley, Martin Fifield, Kate Iley, Derek Armson, Stepehn Booker, Danny Peacock and Richard Lailey.
A great time was had by all, this is an event that all the Brethren who attend thoroughly enjoy supporting.
